Evaporating Water in -30C. Must See!

On a winter day in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada, a woman boiled water and threw it in the air where it evaporated within a second. For those of you interested, -30 degrees Fahrenheit is -34.4 degrees Celsius.
